How does the star rating work?
The goal is to reflect the quality of answers given by a user. It is simply an average of all ratings received from other users.
Rewards, remittance fees and charities
Help3r will keep 20% of the completed transactions of all rewards and will donate 10% of its revenues towards chosen charities.
What can I do to maintain a good payment rating?
Be sure to give the total amount of the reward if you are satisfied with the solution to avoid reducing your payment rating.
What is my payment rating?
Your payment rating is the rating you have towards paying fully or partially your rewards to the people that help you find a solution to your problem. It is a percentage calculated by dividing the total amount paid by the total amount offered.
Here is the calculation structure:
X = The total amount deposited in all questions in your account
Y = The total amount withdrawn from all questions in your account *
(X – Y)/X = Percentage rating
*Notes
New users start off with 100% rating.
Please note that you can remove the totality of your reward if you do not receive any answers. This will not affect your payment rating.
