Verify that the user fits your needs before accepting his applications and allowing a possible payout reward. Upon receiving the help desired, you can rate the applicant (help3r) and move forward towards a full or partial payout reflecting your level of satisfaction.
How do I know if the applicant will work out for me before I accept his application?
How does the rating system work?
Help3rs can be rated once their application has been accepted. Your rating should reflect the level of satisfaction received for your help. The star rating is an average of all ratings received from all applications.
Rewards & charities
Help3r takes a 20% commission of all transactions. Help3r will donate 10% of its profits towards chosen causes by users.
What is the payment rating (%) & how can I maintain a good payment rating?
The payment rating is a public rating (%) that shows the average payout amount for each user. It is the total amount paid on the total amounts offered. To keep a good payment rating we suggest paying to total amount offered if satisfied with the help received.
X = the total amount deposited in all your posts
Y = the total amount withdrawn from all your posts
(X – Y)/X = Payment rating (%)
